摘 要:外生型新乡贤是乡村治理的重要支援力量,积极鼓励和吸纳外生型新乡贤参与乡村建设是国家对推进农业农村现代化的人才战略部署。当前外生型新乡贤参与乡村治理存在乡村环境异化、村民信任弱化的认同感困境;组织机构缺位、基层组织合作不畅的归属感困境;以及参与诉求与参与结果现实反差的价值获得感困境。该文通过分析外生型新乡贤参与乡村治理的现实困境,针对性提出解决问题的优化路径,从而激发外生型新乡贤对乡村的认同感归属感获得感,进一步提升其参与乡村治理的稳定性和延续性。Exogenous new rural talents are an important supporting force for rural governance.Actively encouraging and attracting exogenous new rural talents to participate in rural construction is the country's talent strategic deployment to promote agricultural and rural modernization.At present,the participation of exogenous new rural talents in rural governance has the dilemma of identity such as alienation of the rural environment and weakening of villager'trust;the dilemma of belonging such as lack of organizational structures and poor cooperation among primary-level organizations;and the dilemma of value gain due to the realistic contrast between participation demands and participation results.This paper analyzes the practical dilemma of exogenous new rural talents participating in rural governance,and proposes targeted optimal paths to solve the problem,thereby stimulating the exogenous new rural talent'sense of identity,belonging,and gain in the countryside,and further enhancing the stability and continuity of their participation in rural governance.
