摘 要:新农民式科技青年是指在城归群体中,拥有科技等重要生产要素的人群。在农村“空心化”的背景下,如何落实国家乡村振兴战略是一个重要的课题。农村空心化、现有人才路径不足的背景呼唤新农民科技青年扎根农村。该文基于实证案例和推拉理论分析,认为新农民式科技青年扎根农村大有可为,同时面临着认同、保障的困境,需要从顶层设计、完善机制等采取措施,以便科技青年更好地扎根革命老区,服务革命老区乡村振兴。New-farmer scientific and technological youth refer to those who have important production factors such as science and technology among urban returnees.Against the background of"hollowing out"rural areas,how to implement the national Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important issue.The background of hollowing out rural areas and insufficient existing talent paths calls for new peasant scientific and technological youth to take root in rural areas.Based on empirical cases and push-pull theoretical analysis,this paper believes that new peasant scientific and technological youth have great potential to take root in rural areas.At the same time,they are faced with the dilemma of recognition and protection,and need to be taken from the top level.Measures such as designing and improving mechanisms can be taken so that scientific and technological youth can better take root in old revolutionary areas and serve the revitalization of rural areas in old revolutionary areas.
