筑巢引凤,留凤固巢:毕业生助力乡村教育振兴的政策优化研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中首次提出要实施乡村振兴战略。乡村振兴,教育要先行,而教育先行,教师是关键,高校毕业生当之无愧是扶智的主力军,直接关系到我国乡村教育事业的未来发展。该文结合目前安阳市乡村教育发展现状,从“返乡准入难“”返乡意愿低”2大维度出发对当代毕业生返乡助力教育振兴的困境进行系统分析。最后落脚到政策优化上,分别从“下得去,留得住,教得好”3个方面为政府优化政策提供建议,由此更好地筑巢引凤、留凤固巢,为乡村教育振兴提供强有力的人才支撑。General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In rural revitalization,education must come first,and education comes first.Teachers are the key.College graduates are worthy of being the main force in supporting intellectual education,which is directly related to the future development of China's rural education.Based on the current development status of rural education in Anyang city,this paper systematically analyzes the dilemma of contemporary graduates returning to their hometowns to help revitalize education from the two dimensions of"difficulty in accessing their hometowns"and"low willingness to return home".Finally,we focus on policy optimization and provide suggestions for the government to optimize policies from three aspects:"being able to go Anyang,staying,and teaching well",so as to better build nests to attract and retain phoenixes to strengthen their nests,and provide strong talent support for rural education revitalization.
