老龄化背景下适老化民宿室内空间设计探究

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化问题的日益凸显,越来越多的老年人对老年生活有了更多、更高的需求,他们选择游山玩水、增长见识、社交交友、培养兴趣爱好。因此,民宿成为现代老年人怡情山水的住宿选择。然而民宿在设计上并未及时跟上这股势不可当的“银发浪潮”,当前民宿设计存在很多不适合老年人之处,所以在设计中应充分考虑老年人生理和心理上的需要,“如何为老年人设计”是当下民宿室内空间设计亟须解决的问题。对此,通过考察和设计实践,文章分析了市场上现有民宿室内空间在适老化设计上存在的一些缺陷和不足,研究了适老化民宿室内空间设计的要求,基于室内空间设计的物质功能和精神功能两大方面提出了民宿室内空间适老化设计方案,探究老龄化背景下的民宿空间环境设计,以此来改善老年人出游的入住条件,并为其提供更完善的服务,从而提升老年人的幸福感和生活质量。With the increasingly prominent aging population in China,more and more elderly people have more and higher demands for their elderly life,and choose to go out to travel,expand their knowledge,make social friends,and cultivate their interests in their later years.Therefore,more homestays have become the accommodation choice for modern elderly people.However,the homestay design has not had time to keep up with this irresistible wave of silver hair,and there are many places that are not suitable for the elderly to stay.So the design of the homestay should fully consider the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly.“How to design for the elderly”is the problem that needs to be solved urgently in the interior design of elderly-friendly homestays.In this regard,through investigation and design practice,this paper analyzes some defects and deficiencies in the design of the existing homestays in the market for the elderly,studies the requirements of the interior space design for the elderly-friendly homestays,and puts forward the“elderly-friendly”design scheme for the homestays based on the material function and spiritual function of interior space design.The paper explores the design for the residential space environment in the context of aging,in order to improve the living conditions of the elderly,to provide more perfect security for them,and to improve the happiness and quality of life of the elderly.
