摘 要:容东片区位于启动区北侧,容城县城东侧。其中,1号地41中地块性质为商业地块,旨在打造区域内的商业特色街区,提升城市的商业活力。文章通过深入研究政策规范、城市背景、文化底蕴、大众需求等方面的内容,探索有效的地域性商业街区发展模式,以期为商业街区设计提供新的研究方向。通过充分利用当地特色资源、合理优化空间布局,营造具有中国传统院落特色和内涵的新时代城市商业特色街区。Rongdong area is located on the north side of the start-up area and on the east side of Rongcheng County.Among them,Lot 41 in No.1 Plot is a commercial plot,aiming to create a characteristic commercial neighborhood in the region and to enhance the city’s commercial vitality.Through in-depth study on policy norms,urban background,cultural heritage,public needs and other aspects,the paper explores the effective regional commercial neighborhood development models,aiming to provide new research directions for the design of commercial neighborhoods.It proposes to make full use of local characteristic resources and to rationally optimize the spatial layout to create a new era urban commercial characteristic neighborhood with the characteristics and connotation of Chinese traditional courtyard.
