摘　　要：本研究基于建筑师诺伯舒兹的场所精神理论,以长沙市文昌阁社区有机更新为研究对象。在深入解析场所精神理论内涵的基础上,通过系统梳理文昌阁社区的历史文化脉络、地域特色和民俗风情,将场所精神理论有机融入社区规划设计之中。本研究最终形成了既能满足居民日常生活功能需求,又能在形式语言上唤起游客文化认同与情感归属的历史街区更新方案,从而有效提升社区旅游吸引力与文化影响力。Based on the theory of Genius Loci proposed by architect Christian Norberg-Schulz,this paper takes the organic renewal of Wenchangge Community in Changsha as the research object.Based on the deep understanding on the theoretical connotation of Genius Loci,this paper systematically sorts out the historical and cultural context,regional characteristics and folk customs of Wenchangge area,and organically integrates the theory of Genius Loci into the planning and design of the community.Finally,it forms a renewal plan for the historical block that not only satisfies the functional needs of the residents in their daily life,but also arouses the cultural identity and emotional belonging of the tourists in terms of form and language,thus effectively enhancing the tourist attractiveness and cultural influence of the district.
