四川三线建设工业遗产的总体保护现状及再利用思考

摘　　要：近年来,国家对工业遗产保护利用工作的高度重视,为三线建设工业遗产资源的价值保护与再利用提供了坚实基础。四川省对“三线资源”开发利用的重视、“三线记忆”活力焕发的打造、“精神谱系”教育推广的挖掘,为三线建设工业遗产的保护利用理论与实践做出了极大贡献。然而通过对四川省三线建设工业遗产的调研发现,目前保护利用工作存在基础现状研究有待深入、产权职责范围有待明晰、再利用开发有待强化、文化精神资源有待挖掘等方面的问题。In recent years,the country has attached great importance to the conservation and utilization of industrial heritages,providing a solid foundation for the value protection and reutilization of industrial heritage resources in the third-tier constructions.The emphasis placed by Sichuan Province on the development and utilization of“third-tier resources”,the revitalization of the“third-tier memory”,and the exploration on the education and promotion of“spiritual lineage”have made great contributions to the theories and practices for the protection and utilization of the third-tier industrial heritages.However,through the survey on the“third-tier”industrial heritages in Sichuan province,it was found that there are problems in the current protection and utilization work,such as the need for in-depth research on the basic status quo,the need to clarify the scope of property rights responsibilities,the need to strengthen the reutilization and development,and the need to explore cultural and spiritual resources.
