都市化背景下中部地区近郊产业发展路径研究

摘　　要：上饶市正处于都市化的关键时期。郊区作为最具潜力的地域空间,其产业合理发展是都市化可持续的重要条件。本研究以上饶市为实证对象,分析中心城区扩张历程及产业拓展特征,认为当前上饶市近郊产业正面临制造业中低端现象突出、服务业供给结构失衡、人口外流导致产业动力不足等问题。针对都市化需求,本研究提出上饶近郊产业发展路径:①传统制造业规范化、创新化转型;②郊野旅游服务业建设开发;③广泛吸纳劳动人口就业。Shangrao City is in a critical period of urbanization.As the most potential geographical space,the rational industrial development of suburbs is an important condition for the sustainable development of urbanization.Based on the empirical object of Shangrao City,this paper analyzes the expansion process and industrial expansion characteristics of the central urban area,and concludes that the suburban industries in Shangrao City are facing the problems of prominent low-end manufacturing industry,imbalance in the supply structure of the service industry,and insufficient industrial power caused by population outflow.In view of the needs of urbanization,this paper proposes the development path for the suburban industries in Shangrao:①the standardization and innovative transformation of traditional manufacturing industry;②the construction and development of suburban tourism service industry;③the extensive absorption of labor force employment.
