摘  要:随着人口不断增加和城市化建设加快,如何推进可持续发展成为当今社会面临的重要问题。本研究围绕绿色建筑的使用者满意度展开研究,采用问卷调查方法收集数据。调查结果表明,业主对绿化舒适度、室内外通风和采光给予正面评价,对荫蔽和雨水管理系统的满意度也很高,反映出这些因素在提升居住体验中的重要性。然而,亦指出在绿化质量、自然光利用和照明设计等方面还有改进空间。物业人员关注系统维护和节能效率,而业主则对生活细节,如周边绿化和卫生间采光的满意度较低。研究建议设计师在未来工作中重视系统的可持续性、易维护性及节能效率,优化绿化和采光设计,更好地满足业主需求,提升居住舒适度和建筑的可持续性。此研究为绿色建筑设计奠定了实证基础,并对未来的建筑设计提出了具体建议。With the continuous increase of population and the acceleration of urbanization,sustainable development has become an important issue of today’s society.This paper focuses on the occupant satisfaction on green buildings and uses a questionnaire survey to collect data.The survey results showed that the occupants rated green comfort,indoor and outdoor ventilation and lighting positively,and their satisfaction with shading and stormwater management systems was also high,reflecting the importance of these factors in enhancing the living experience.However,there is also room for improvement in the quality of landscaping,use of natural light and lighting design.The property managers are concerned about system maintenance and energy-saving efficiency,while the owners are less satisfied with living details,such as landscaping and bathroom lighting.The paper suggests that the designers should pay attention to sustainability,ease of maintenance and energy-saving efficiency of the system in future work,and optimize the design of landscaping and lighting,so as to better meet the needs of owners and improve the living comfort and sustainability of the building.This paper provides an empirical basis for the field of green buildings and makes specific suggestions for future building design.
