花园式办公内中庭绿化设计研究——以南昌华侨城独栋办公楼为例

摘　　要：在追求人本主义、绿色、生态可持续发展的企业办公环境背景下,文章分析了当下建筑内部空间绿化设计的难点及痛点。文章以南昌华侨城独栋办公楼内中庭绿化项目设计为例,结合地区条件和花园式办公需求,从日照、人工补光、给排水、空调通风、绿化配置和落地实施等方面,总结了在南昌地区塑造热带常绿室内生境的方法和设计策略,以期为同类项目的实施提供有益的参考。In the context of pursuing humanism,green,and ecological sustainable development in enterprise office environments,this paper analyzes the difficulties and pain points in the current interior space greening design of the buildings.Taking the design for the indoor atrium greening project of a single office building in Nanchang Overseas Chinese Town an example,combined with regional conditions and garden style office needs,the paper summarizes the methods and design strategies for shaping tropical evergreen indoor habitats in Nanchang area from the aspects of sunlight,artificial lighting,water supply and drainage,air conditioning and ventilation,greening configuration,and landing implementation,providing useful references for the implementation of similar projects.
