山区公路桥梁旋挖成孔灌注桩基施工技术探析——以新平县漠沙镇大沐浴桥为例

摘  要:为更好地建设山区公路桥梁,文章探讨了桥梁旋挖桩基施工技术的应用。首先介绍了山区桥梁施工特点,然后主要分析了桥梁旋挖桩基施工各环节施工技术,同时建立安全管理与质量保证措施。结果表明,大沐浴桥桩基质量合格率达100%,整体评定结果为合格。因此该山区桥梁桩基施工的关键技术在实际工程中已得到有效验证和应用,可为山区公路桥梁建设工程提供参考。In order to better build the mountainous highway bridge,this paper discusses the application of the construction technology for bridge rotary excavation and pile foundation.Firstly,the construction characteristics of mountainous bridges are introduced,and then the construction technology for different links of bridge rotary excavation pile foundation construction is analyzed,and the safety management and quality assurance measures are established.The results show that the quality pass rate of the pile foundation of Damuyu Bridge reaches 100%,and the overall assessment result is qualified.Therefore,the key technology for the construction of bridge pile foundation in mountainous areas has been effectively verified and applied in practical engineering,which can provide a reference for the highway bridge construction engineering in mountainous areas.
