摘  要:位于四川省宜宾市的某在建厂房地坪出现最大15 cm的不均匀沉降,无法正常使用。为解决该问题,文章依据某勘测院的地基沉降报告,分析了沉降原因,并制定了加固方案。在原地坪上新建地坪,采用预制混凝土管桩作为支撑,无法施工区域则使用钢管桩替代,成功解决了沉降问题。The construction site of a factory in Yibin City,Sichuan Province experienced uneven settlement of up to 15cm in its ground slab and cannot be used in normal.To address this issue,based on a foundation settlement report from a surveying institute,the cause of the settlement was analyzed,and a reinforcement plan was developed.A new ground slab was constructed on the original slab and supported by precast concrete pipe piles.The steel pipe piles were used in areas where the concrete pipe piles could not be installed,and successfully solved the settlement problem.
