分层护理对一、二期压力性损伤创面愈合及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究分层护理对一、二期压力性损伤创面愈合及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年6月笔者医院收治的178例一、二期压力性损伤患者,采用随机数字表法按1:1分为对照组与观察组,每组89例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用分层护理。对比两组创面愈合时间,分别于护理第1、7、14天评价压力性损伤愈合评价量表(Pressure ulcer scale for healing,PUSH)、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,评价并比较两组患者的疗效及护理满意度。结果:观察组的创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。护理第7、14天,两组的PUSH评分及疼痛VAS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗痊愈率及总有效率均较对照组显著提高,且护理满意度较对照组提升显著(P<0.05)。结论:分层护理可促进一、二期压力性损伤患者的创面愈合并提高愈合效果,缓解患者的疼痛程度,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of stratified nursing on wound healing and pain degree of patients with stage 1-2 pressure injury(PI).Methods A total of 178 patients with first and second stage stress injury admitted to the author's hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method according to 1:1,with 89 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received stratified nursing.The wound healing time between two groups was compared,the pressure ulcer scale for healing(PUSH)and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores was evaluated on the 1st,7th,and 14th day of nursing,respectively.The efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).On the 7th,and 14th day of nursing,the PUSH score and pain VAS score of both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group showed showed more significant decrease compared with the control group(P<0.05).The recovery rate and total effective rate of pressure injury treatment in the observation group were significantly improved compared to the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly improved compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified nursing can promote wound healing and improve healing effect in patients with stage 1-2 pressure injury,alleviate pain levels,and improve nursing satisfaction.
