摘　　要：目的:探讨1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光联合医用右旋糖酐伤口敷膜治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮疗效及对患者皮损相关指标的影响。方法:选取2022年5月-2023年12月笔者医院收治的102例红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者的临床资料进行研究。按照治疗方法的不同将使用1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗的52例患者设为对照组(n=52),将使用1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光联合医用右旋糖酐伤口敷膜治疗的50例患者设为试验组(n=50)。比较两组患者的治疗效果、潮红症状问卷(Flushing symptom questionnaires,FSQ)、患者红斑自身评估量表(Patient erythema self-rating scaleups,PSA)、医师红斑评估量表(Clinician's erythema assessment,CEA)、皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分以及不良反应情况。结果:试验组患者治疗有效率92.00%,高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05);试验组患者潮红症状程度评价(FSQ评分)整体优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗3周、治疗6周后的PSA评分、CEA、DLQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者不良反应率10.00%与对照组7.69%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光联合医用右旋糖酐伤口敷膜治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮疗效良好,可改善潮红症状,抑制红斑,提高患者生活质量且安全性良好。Objective To explore the curative effect of 1064 nm Nd∶YAG laser combined with medical dextran wound coating and its influences on skin lesion indexes in patients with erythema telangiectasia rosacea.Methods The clinical data were collected from 102 patients with erythema telangiectasia rosacea in the hospital between May 2022 and December 2023.According to different treatment methods,patients were divided into control group(n=52,1064 nm Nd∶YAG laser)and experimental group(n=50,1064 nm Nd∶YAG laser combined with medical dextran wound coating).The curative effect,scores of Flushing Symptom Questionnaire(FSQ),Patient Erythema Self-Rating Scaleups(PSA),Clinician's Erythema Assessment(CEA)and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group(92.00%vs.76.92%,P<0.05).FSQ score of experimental group was better than that of control group on the whole(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,scores of PSA,CEA and DLQI in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between experimental group and control group(10.00%vs.7.69%,P>0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of 1064 nm Nd∶YAG laser combined with medical dextran wound coating is good in patients with erythema telangiectasia rosacea,which can relieve flushing symptoms,inhibit erythema and improve quality of life,with good safety.
