摘　　要：该文旨在探讨如何强化地方高校研究生科研创新能力的培养。通过分析地方高校在研究生科研创新能力培养中面临的问题,提出针对性的策略和措施,包括优化课程体系、加强导师队伍建设、营造创新氛围、创新激励和评价机制等,以提高地方高校研究生的科研创新水平,为地方经济社会发展提供有力的人才支持。The purpose of this paper is to explore how to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of graduate students in local colleges and universities.By analyzing the problems faced by local colleges and universities in the training of graduate research innovation ability,this paper puts forward targeted strategies and measures,including optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the construction of the tutor team,improving the scientific research platform,creating the innovation atmosphere,innovation incentive and evaluation mechanism,etc.,in order to improve the scientific research innovation level of graduate students in local colleges and universities,and provide powerful talent support for local economic and social development.
