摘　　要：人工智能时代,法学本科毕业生就业难是当下法学院系面临的新一大难题。由于法学院系固守原来的法学本科人才培养模式,面对来势汹汹的人工智能应用及其产生的法律问题不够重视,课程设置不够科学,精通人工智能的法学教师极度匮乏,精通人工智能的高质量的“双师型”教师不足,与司法实务部门联合培养法学本科生应用能力的力度不足,造成法学本科毕业生就业竞争力低下,为此,从法学院系的课程科学设置、“双师型”人才的合理培养以及进一步加强与司法实务部门共同培养和提高包括人工智能司法应用能力在内的应用能力的提高,以达到提高学生的就业竞争力的目的。In the era of artificial intelligence,the difficulty in employment for law undergraduates is a new major problem currently faced by law schools and departments.Due to the law school's adherence to the traditional undergraduate legal talent cultivation mode,less attention is paid to the fierce application of artificial intelligence and the legal problems it generates.The course setting is not scientific enough,there is a severe shortage of law teachers who are proficient in artificial intelligence,there is not enough high-quality"double-qualified"teachers who are proficient in artificial intelligence,and the efforts to jointly cultivate and improve the application ability of law undergraduates with practical departments are not enough,which has led to the low employability of law undergraduates.Therefore,we aim to improve the students'employability by scientifically setting the curriculum,reasonably cultivating"dual-qualified"talents,and further strengthening the joint cultivation and improvement of application ability with practical departments,including artificial intelligence judicial application ability.
