电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定低合金钢中铜对磷的干扰

摘  要:研究电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定低合金钢中P元素含量时Cu 213.597 nm对P 213.617 nm的谱线干扰,通过干扰系数法校正后得出1%Cu元素相当于0.0038%P元素含量,其中,P 213.617 nm校准曲线的相关系数为0.999972,检出限为0.018 mg/L,采用此方法对低合金钢标准样品进行检测并校正后的测得值与标准值一致,误差均小于0.001%,相对标准偏差均小于1.77%。对未知元素含量的低合金钢样品进行检测后与GB/T 223.59—2008进行结果比对,实验结果表明测得值的偏差均小于0.003%,相对标准偏差均小于3.59%。The spectral line interference of Cu 213.597 nm on P 213.617 nm when determining P content in low-alloy steel by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was studied.After correction by interference coefficient method,it was found that 1%Cu element is equivalent to 0.0038%P element content.Among them,the correlation coefficient of the P 213.617 nm calibration curve is 0.999972,and the detection limit is 0.018 mg/L.Using this method to test and correct low-alloy steel standard samples,the measured values are consistent with the standard values,with errors less than 0.001%,and relative standard deviations less than 1.77%.After testing low-alloy steel samples with unknown element content,the results were compared with those of GB/T 223.59-2008.The experimental results showed that the deviations of the measured values were less than 0.003%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 3.59%.
