加工工艺参数对ABS基复合材料力学性能的影响

摘  要:该研究以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为基材,通过单因素实验设计,研究注射压力、注射速度、背压压力和保压压力等注塑工艺参数对试样拉伸性能和弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,注射压力过高时会导致残留内应力增大,使材料脆性增加,从而降低断裂伸长率;随着注射速度的增加,断裂伸长率明显减小,过快的注射速度可能会通过引起材料内部缺陷而降低断裂伸长率;过高的保压压力会导致材料分子链取向不当,减少材料的韧性,从而降低断裂伸长率;背压的增加会影响材料的塑性变形能力,使得材料在受力时更倾向于脆断而不是韧性断裂。In this study,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)was used as the substrate and a single factor experimental design was used to study the influence of injection molding process parameters such as injection pressure,injection speed,back pressure,and holding pressure on the tensile and bending properties of the samples.The results show that when the injection pressure is too high,the residual internal stress will increase,which will increase the brittleness of the material,thereby reducing the elongation at break;with the increase of the injection speed,the elongation at break will decrease significantly.Excessive injection speed may reduce the elongation at break by causing internal defects in the material;Excessive holding pressure will lead to improper orientation of the material's molecular chains,reduce the toughness of the material,and thereby reduce the elongation at break;The increase in back pressure will affect the plastic deformation ability of the material,making the material more prone to brittle fracture rather than ductile fracture when subjected to stress.
