摘 要:船体板架结构焊接是制造船舶的重要内容,具有接头连续性强、密封性好等优势,但同时也会产生一些问题。因此,重点研究焊接工艺参数及顺序对船体板架结构焊接变形的影响。该文总结其焊接变形的具体形态特征,从板架厚度、热源功率、焊接速度、线能量、环境温度和焊接顺序等方面展开分析,以合理把握焊接收缩量,有效控制船体板架结构尺寸精度,保证其承载能力。Welding of ship hull frame structure is an important part of shipbuilding,with advantages such as strong joint continuity and good sealing,but it can also cause some problems.Therefore,the focus is on studying the influence of welding process parameters and sequence on the welding deformation of ship hull frame structures.Summarized the specific morphological characteristics of its welding deformation,analyzed from the aspects of plate frame thickness,heat source power,welding speed,line energy,environmental temperature,welding sequence,etc.,in order to reasonably grasp the welding shrinkage,effectively control the size accuracy of the hull plate structure,and ensure its load-bearing capacity.
