摘 要:采用有限元法对单钉单剪结构进行仿真分析。考虑间隙配合情况下紧固件及被连接件紧固件孔可能存在的不同偏移位置度的影响,得到单钉连接细节的P-δ(载荷-位移)曲线来描述紧固件柔度。建立客机风挡和风挡窗框连接结构精细有限元模型,对模型中连接风挡的各紧固件单元随机赋予不同紧固件间隙配合情况下的紧固件P-δ数据,完成多组风挡连接有限元模型分析并与不考虑孔及紧固件偏移情况的计算结果对比。结果表明,对于间隙配合连接结构,紧固件孔及紧固件偏移位置度的随机性对复杂连接结构的传载有较大影响。Finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the single-nail and single-shear structure.Considering the influence of possible different offset positions of the fastener holes of the fastener and the connected piece under clearance fit,the P-δ(load-displacement)curve of the details of the single nail connection is obtained to describe the flexibility of the fastener.A fine finite element model of the connection structure between the windshield and the windshield frame of an passenger aircraft is established.Each fastener unit connected to the windshield in the model is randomly assigned the fastener P-δdata under the above-mentioned different fastener clearance fit conditions.Multiple groups of windshield connection finite element model analysis are completed and compared with the calculation results without considering holes and fastener offset.The results show that for clearance fit connections,the randomness of fastener holes and fastener offset positions has a great impact on the load transfer of complex connections.
