空间索面斜拉桥拉索安装及张拉影响分析

摘  要:斜拉索安装及索力调整是斜拉桥施工过程中控制的关键,该文以石家庄市学府路斜拉桥为例,对斜拉索挂索工艺及张拉控制方法进行介绍,并根据实测及模拟分析结果重点分析斜拉索安装张拉过程对主塔偏位、应力及主梁应力状态的影响关系,得出斜拉索张拉过程桥梁结构的力学行为特征,给出二次调索后斜拉索实测索力值,表明实测索力与设计索力最大误差不超7%,符合规范及设计要求,也证明该文斜拉索施工及调索控制方法是合理的,为桥梁达到理想线形及受力状态提供技术保证。Cable installation and cable force adjustment are the key to control during the construction process of cable-stayed bridges.Taking the Xuefu Road cable-stayed bridge in Shijiazhuang City as an example,this paper introduces the cable hanging technology and tensioning control method.Based on the actual measurement and simulation analysis results,the influence relationship between the cable installation and tensioning process on the main tower deflection,stress and the stress state of the main beam is analyzed,and the mechanical behavior characteristics of the bridge structure during the cable tensioning process are obtained.The measured cable force value of the cable after secondary cable adjustment is given.It shows that the maximum error between the measured cable force and the design cable force is not more than 7%,which meets the specifications and design requirements.It also proves that the cable construction and cable adjustment control methods in this paper are reasonable and provide technical guarantee for the bridge to achieve ideal alignment and stress state.
