摘 要:针对硅橡胶密封材料在复杂环境条件下易老化的问题,提出基于局部线性嵌入(LLE)的数据降维与老化状态检测方法。利用LLE算法对硅橡胶材料老化过程中多维度性能数据(如硬度、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率等)进行有效降维,提取关键老化特征。通过对比老化前后的特征差异,解决传统方法难以全面捕捉老化复杂变化的问题。最后,实验结果分析表明,该方法能够准确识别硅橡胶密封材料的老化状态,有效预测其剩余使用寿命。该研究成果不仅为硅橡胶密封材料的老化检测提供一种新思路,也为相关领域的材料性能评估与寿命预测提供有力支持。Aiming at the problem that silicone rubber sealing materials are prone to aging under complex environmental conditions,a data dimension reduction and aging state detection method based on local linear embedding(LLE)is proposed.The LLE algorithm is used to effectively reduce the dimension of multi-dimensional performance data(such as hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break,etc.)during the aging process of silicone rubber materials and extract key aging characteristics.By comparing the characteristic differences before and after aging,the problem that traditional methods are difficult to fully capture complex changes in aging is solved.Finally,the analysis of experimental results shows that this method can accurately identify the aging state of silicone rubber sealing materials and effectively predict their remaining service life.This research result not only provides a new idea for aging testing of silicone rubber sealing materials,but also provides strong support for material performance evaluation and life prediction in related fields.
