针对轮培训的军用航空自动测试系统课程教学改革与实践

摘　　要：轮培训是军队院校开展人才培养的主要方式之一,对部队官兵提升专业技能、适应岗位需求具有重要作用。军用航空自动测试系统课程是部队航空修理厂技术人员轮培训的一门主干课程,对技术人员更好地开展机载设备测试和诊断以及自动测试系统自身的维护至关重要。以满足岗位需求为根本出发点,通过调整教学内容、丰富实验科目、优化考核方式等措施开展课程教学改革。实践表明,教学改革达到了预期效果。在此基础上,提出了后续课程的建设思路。Rotational training is a main approach employed by military academies and universities to conduct personnel training,playing a pivotal role in enhancing professional skills and adapting to post requirements.The military aviation automatic test system course serves as a crucial component within the rotational training for technicians at the military aviation repair plant,equipping them with essential knowledge to effectively test and diagnosis airborne equipment using automatic test system as well as to maintain the automatic test system itself.With an emphasis on meeting post needs,the course group has implemented teaching reforms through adjustments in content,enrichment of experimental subjects,and optimization of assessment methods,and the practice shows that the anticipated outcomes have been achieved.Moreover,the course group put forward the idea of follow-up course construction.
