摘　　要：新媒体时代的到来给高校思想政治教育工作提供了全新的载体和途径,同时也给高校思想政治教育工作带来了新的问题和挑战。针对这些问题和挑战,高校思想政治教育工作要坚持以马克思主义为指导,加强高校思想政治教育工作的理论研究;要强化数字化发展理念,充分发挥新媒体信息传播和交流的功能;要加强校园文化建设和管理,营造良好的育人环境;要建立健全新媒体管理制度,加强新媒体内容监管;要加强大学生媒介素养教育,提高大学生利用新媒体的能力;要强化新媒体技术应用培训,培养高素质的网络技术应用人才。The arrival of the new media era has provided colleges and universities with new carriers and channels for ideological and political education,but also brought new problems and challenges.In the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities,it is necessary to adhere to the guidance of Marxism,strengthen the theoretical research of ideological and political education work;to strengthen the concept of digital development,fully utilize the functions of information dissemination and exchange of new media;to strengthen campus culture construction and management,create a good environment for cultivating people;to establish a new management system for new media,strengthen the supervision of new media content;to strengthen the education of media literacy for college students,improve the ability of college students to use new media;to strengthen training in the application of new media technology,cultivate high-quality personnel with advanced network technology application skills.
