摘　　要：尽管使用后评估(POE)在大型公共建筑策划设计中的重要性广受认可,但由于数据采集、类型整合和复杂性等方面的挑战,大型公共建筑使用后评估数据库建设尚不完善。本研究在构建大型公共建筑使用后评估指标体系基础上,采用“实体—关系”(E-R)模型,定义数据库结构,以表属性连接实现了指标与数据的双向检索和关联。该方法通过提升项目全流程中数据采集、存储和共享的效率,有助于在策划和设计阶段提供更有效的前馈分析。Despite the recognised importance of post-occupancy evaluation(POE)feedback in public building design,database construction for large-scale POE remains incomplete due to challenges in data collection,integration and complexity.This study develops a POE evaluation index system and employs the Entity-Relationship(E-R)model to define database structures,enabling bidirectional retrieval and interconnection between indicators and data.By improving data collection,storage and sharing,this approach supports more effective feedback analysis in the planning and design phases.
