摘 要:目的采用AHP-熵值混合加权法结合均匀设计法优选地黄九蒸九晒炮制工艺,并分析色度、pH值与内在成分的相关性。方法以蒸制次数、蒸制时间、闷润时间、黄酒用量为考察因素,选取多糖、地黄苷D、益母草苷、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷、5-羟甲基糠醛含量为内在成分评价指标,采用AHP-熵值混合加权法结合均匀设计法进行试验,优选出地黄九蒸九晒炮制工艺,测定地黄炮制品色度和pH值,分析色度值、pH值、化学成分间的相关性并建立相应的回归模型。结果三种权重分析法综合评分得出地黄六蒸六晒,蒸制时间7 h、闷润时间1 h、黄酒用量60 mL工艺下,综合评分最高。数据分析结果说明pH值与地黄各化学成分的相关性极为显著,所建立逐步回归模型R^(2)均>0.9。部分色度指标参数对成分含量有显著影响。结论所优化的工艺稳定、可行,与预测值误差较小,可为地黄九蒸九晒炮制古法的传承及其后续加工炮制的深入研究提供参考依据,并且依据相关性及回归分析,pH值、色度值也可纳入九蒸九晒地黄炮制工艺研究的考量指标。Objective To optimize the processing of rehmannia glutinosa by combining AHP-entropy hybrid weighting combined with uniform design,and analyze the correlation between chromaticity,pH value and intrinsic components.Methods The steaming times,duration,moistening time,and amount of yellow wine were used as the evaluation factors.The contents of polysaccharides,rehmannioside D,leonuride,verbascoside,isoverbascoside,and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural were selected as the component evaluation indicators.The AHP-entropy hybrid weighting combined with uniform design and uniform design method were used in the experiments to optimize the nine steaming and nine sun-drying processing for rehmannia glutinosa.The chromaticity and pH values of rehmannia glutinosa processed products were measured,and the correlation between chromaticity,pH values,and chemical components was determined and a corresponding regression model was established.Results The comprehensive score was obtained after three weight analysis methods,and the highest comprehensive score was obtained after six steamings and six sun-dryings of rehmannia glutinosa,with steaming time 7 hours,soaking time 1 hour,and yellow wine dosage at 60 mL.The data analysis indicated that the correlation between pH value and various chemical components of 2 rehmannia glutinosa was highly significant,and the established stepwise regression models had R values greater than 0.9.Some chromaticity index parameters had an obvious impact on the content of component.Conclusion The optimized process is stable,feasible,and had a small error as compared to the predicted values.It can provide a reference for the inheritance of the traditional method of nine steaming and nine sun-drying of rehmannia glutinosa and further research on its processing.Based on correlation and regression analysis,pH and chromaticity can also be considered as indicators in the study of nine steaming and nine-sun drying process for rehmannia glutinosa.
