摘　　要：[研究目的]为探究信息视角下数智赋能国家安全工作的逻辑与框架,揭示数智赋能作用下国家安全信息于国家安全工作中的流转形式,以期为数智赋能国家安全工作提供信息角度的基本理论和思路指引。[研究方法]分析信息视角下数智赋能国家安全工作的逻辑,构建信息视角下数智赋能国家安全工作的脑动力模型。在此基础上,从数智赋能国家安全信息感知、数智赋能国家安全信息传递和数智赋能国家安全信息决策三层次出发,构建信息视角下数智赋能国家安全工作的基本框架。[研究结果/结论]信息视角下数智赋能国家安全工作的实质是运用数智元素、资源和技术优化升级国家安全信息感知、传递和决策,促进国家安全组织结构扁平化、网络化分布,从而赋能推进国家安全工作模式革新。[Research purpose]To explore the logic and framework of digital intelligence empowering national security&safety work from the perspective of information,to reveal the circulation form of national security&safety information in national security&safety work under the influence of digital intelligence empowerment,so as to provide basic theories and ideas for digital intelligence empowering national security&safety work from the perspective of information.[Research method]Analyze the logic of digital intelligence empowering national security&safety work from the perspective of information,and construct a brain power model of digital intelligence empowering national security&safety work from the perspective of information.On this basis,starting from the three levels of digital intelligence empowering national security&safety information perception,digital intelligence empowering national security&safety information transmission and digital intelligence empowering national security&safety information decision-making,the basic framework of digital intelligence empowering national security&safety work from the perspective of information is constructed.[Research result/conclusion]The essence of digital intelligence empowering national security&safety work from the perspective of information is to use digital intelligence elements,resources and technologies to optimize and upgrade national security&safety information perception,transmission and decision-making,promote the flattening and networked distribution of national security&safety organizational structure,and thus empower and promote the innovation of national security&safety work model.
