突发公共舆情事件主题分异与情感缓释模式分析——基于UGC与AIGC的比较研究

摘  要:[研究目的]在人工智能时代,如何正确引导公众认知,及时疏解不良情感发酵,避免群体极化现象,是一个值得探究的问题。文章旨在研究UGC与AIGC的主题分异规律和情感缓释模式差异,以期为AIGC时代的网络信息治理提供政策建议。[研究方法]以突发公共舆情事件为切入点,融合LDA模型和fsQCA方法,剖析UGC与AIGC在解析问题上的逻辑差异,结合PSR框架,探究导致突发公共舆情事件UGC与AIGC的情感缓释路径,并提炼出UGC与AIGC的情感缓释模式。[研究结果/结论]研究发现:UGC的情感更加倾向于感性情感,AIGC更偏向于理性情感,各变量均不构成高情感强度的必要条件,得到了5条引发UGC高情感强度的组态路径和10条引发AIGC高情感强度的组态路径,提炼出2种UGC的情感缓释模式(内力溯源模式和诉求发酵模式)和4种AIGC的情感缓释模式(外力助推模式、公众传播模式、诉求回应模式、传播回应模式)。[Research purpose]In the era of artificial intelligence,how to correctly guide public cognition,timely alleviate the fermentation of negative emotions,and avoid the phenomenon of group polarization is a question worth exploring.[Research method]Taking sudden public opinion events as the starting point,integrating LDA model and fsQCA method,this paper explores the thematic differentiation between UGC and AIGC,and analyzes the logical differences between them in analyzing problems.Based on the PSR framework,it explores the emotional mitigation pathways that lead to sudden public opinion incidents in UGC and AIGC.It also extracts the emotional release patterns of UGC and AIGC.[Research result/conclusion]Our research has found that the emotions of UGC are more inclined towards emotional emotions.AIGC leans more towards rational emotions.None of the variables constitute a necessary condition for high emotional intensity.This paper obtained 5 configuration paths that trigger high emotional intensity in UGC and 10 configuration paths that trigger high emotional intensity in AIGC.It extracts two emotional release modes for UGC(internal force traceability mode and demand fermentation mode)and four emotional release modes for AIGC(external force promotion mode,public communication mode,demand response mode,and communication response mode).
