摘 要:现阶段空军卫生人员战现场急救(BFA)训练面临着训练方式单一、缺乏战场环境的问题,亟需创新训练方式提升训练效果。文章基于混合现实技术,将真实元素(智能模拟伤员)与虚拟元素(战场环境等)有机融合,紧密结合空军BFA训练特点,开发出适用于空军卫生人员BFA训练的虚拟仿真系统。系统以空军信息化卫勤保障为基础,研发了空袭场景、战救决策软件、虚拟交互系统等核心模块,强化战救思维,为空军卫生人员开展BFA训练提供新的辅助方式。At present,the battlefield first aid(BFA)training for Air Force health personnel is facing the problems of single training methods and lack of battlefield environment.There is an urgent need to innovate training methods and improve training effec-tiveness.This study is based on mixed reality technology,which organically integrates real elements,such as intelligent simulation of wounded soldiers,with virtual elements,including battlefield environments,closely combines the characteristics of Air Force BFA training,and develops a virtual simulation system suitable for Air Force health personnel BFA training.The system is based on the Air Force′s information technology and medical support,and has developed core modules such as air raid scenarios,rescue decision mak-ing software,and virtual interaction systems to enhance rescue thinking and provide new auxiliary methods for Air Force health person-nel to conduct BFA training.
