摘　　要：目的分析新型抗肿瘤药物不良反应(ADR)发生特点和规律,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法回顾性分析某三级甲等医院2018年至2020年上报的新型抗肿瘤ADR病例102例,从患者性别、年龄、药物分类、给药途径、累及器官/系统损害、程度分级及临床转归等进行分析ADR发生特点。结果102例新型抗肿瘤药物ADR病例中,60岁以上患者发生ADR居多(50%);涉及新型抗肿瘤药物22种,发生ADR最多的药品是甲磺酸阿帕替尼(20.59%);超适应证用药病例20例。累及系统/器官的主要是消化系统(27.43%)和血液系统(22.12%)。严重ADR占比12.75%。结论临床药师应重视新型抗肿瘤药物的安全性研究,掌握其ADR的特点和规律,规范临床应用,提升安全合理使用水平。Objective To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by new anti-tumor drugs,providing reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods 102 cases of ADR induced by new anti-tumor drugs in a Third Grade hospital from 2018 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed from the aspects of patient gender,age,types of drugs involved,medication routes,organs or systems involved and its severity,and clinical manifestations.Results Among the 102 ADR cases,50%ADRs occurred in patients aged over 60 years.The ADR cases were related to 22 kinds of new anti-tumor drugs,with apatinib mesylate being the most frequently implicated agent(20.59%).20 cases had the problem of off-label drug use.The main conse-quences of these ADR cases involved following damages:digestive system damage(27.43%)and Hematological system damage(22.12%).12.75%of total cases were serious ADRs.Conclusion Clinical pharmacsists should pay attention to the safety re-search of new anti-tumor drugs,master the characteristics and regularityies of ADR occurrence,standardize clinical application,and improve the level of the safe and rational drug use.
