摘  要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是全球患病率高居第三的重大呼吸慢病,当前药物治疗及辅助疗法只能部分延缓疾病进展,而COPD患者的呼吸体验及临床症状尚未得到有效干预。吸入一氧化氮(iNO)作为经典疗法,已在临床运用多年,现发现可缓解COPD带来的血管功能障碍及运动不耐受、调节肺部炎症,有望成为缓解COPD患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量的治疗手段。文章主要就一氧化氮系统异常介导COPD发生机制以及i NO治疗研究进展进行综述。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a major chronic respiratory disease with the third highest preva-lence in the world.Current drug therapy and adjuvant therapy can only partially delay the progression of the disease,and the respirato-ry experience and clinical symptoms of COPD patients have not been effectively intervened.Inhaled nitric oxide(iNO),as a classical therapy,has been used in clinical practice for many years.It has been found that it can alleviate the vascular dysfunction and exercise intolerance caused by COPD,regulate lung inflammation,and is expected to become a therapeutic means to alleviate the clinical symp-toms of COPD patients and improve the quality of life for COPD patients.This article mainly reviews the mechanism of abnormal nitric oxide system mediating COPD and the research progress of iNO treatment.
