摘 要:宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)是由于孕期营养不良或胎盘功能不全等造成个体出现生长发育受损及低出生体重的现象。IUGR个体常伴随脂质代谢改变,是其成年后易发生肥胖、高脂血症等代谢性疾病的重要根源。文章主要从三酰甘油、脂肪酸和胆固醇的代谢及转运异常等方面对IUGR个体的脂质代谢改变及其发生机制进行综述。Intrauterine Growth Restriction(IUGR)is a condition characterized by impaired growth and low birth weight due to factors like poor nutrition or placental insufficiency during pregnancy.IUGR individuals are often accompanied by abnormal lipid me-tabolism,which is a significant contributor to metabolic disorders such as obesity and hyperlipidemia in adulthood.This review summa-rized the changes of lipid metabolism in IUGR individuals,focusing on abnormalities in the metabolism and transport of triglycerides,fatty acids,and cholesterol,along with their underlying mechanisms.
