摘  要:外泌体是由细胞分泌的纳米级别的膜结构囊泡,含有蛋白质、核酸和脂质等多种生物分子。近年来,基于外泌体的治疗已成为医学研究中备受关注的焦点。利用外泌体携带生物分子的固有属性,可调节细胞间信号传导、调控免疫反应、促进组织损伤的修复;外泌体还可作为高效载体,将定制的生物活性成分传递给目标细胞,达到治疗疾病的目的。文章主要就外泌体药物装载技术、肾脏靶向递送系统以及基于外泌体的治疗在肾脏疾病中的应用进展进行综述。Exosomes are nanosized membrane-bound vesicles secreted by cells,containing various biomolecules such as pro-teins,nucleic acids,and lipid.In recent years,treatment based on exosomes has become the focus of medical research.By utilizing the inherent properties of exosomes in carrying biological molecules,it can regulate intercellular signal transduction,regulate immune re-sponse,and promote the repair of tissue damage.Exosomes can also be used as efficient carriers to deliver customized bioactive compo-nents to target cells to achieve the purpose of treating diseases.This article mainly reviews exosome-based drug loading technologies,kidney-targeted delivery systems and advances in the therapeutic applications of exosomes for kidney diseases.
