摘　　要：目的系统评价减重代谢术后患者体重反弹体验的质性研究,为提供针对性的体重管理措施提供建议。方法计算机检索PubMed、Scopus、CINAHL、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库等中英文数据库中关于减重代谢术后患者体重反弹后的经历、体验、感受的质性研究,检索时限均为建库至2023年12月6日。采用2016版澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行归纳整合。结果共纳入9篇文献,提炼出17个主题,归纳为5个类别,最终形成2个整合结果:患者体重管理意识增强,但知识不足,信念错误,行为不当;患者体重管理过程中存在负性体验。结论减重术后患者的体重管理意识需增强。医护人员应识别体重反弹高危人群,提供信息支持和社会支持,帮助患者纠正错误观念和行为,有效预防和控制体重反弹。Objective To systematically evaluate qualitative research on weight regain experiences in post-bariatric surgery patients and provide insights for targeted weight management interventions.Methods A comprehensive search was conducted in PubMed,Scopus,CINAHL,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biology Medicine disc,and Wanfang data for qualitative studies on the experiences,perceptions,and feelings of post-bariatric surgery patients regarding weight regain.The search covered all available literature up to December 6,2023.The 2016 Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal tool for qualitative research was used for quality assessment.Data were synthesized using the aggregative integration method.Results A total of nine studies were included,yielding 17 core themes,which were categorized into five subcategories and further synthesized into two overarching themes:patients'awareness of weight management improved,but knowledge gaps,misconceptions,and inappropriate behaviors persisted;negative experiences were prevalent in the weight management process.Conclusions The awareness of weight management in post-bariatric surgery patients needs to be strengthened.Healthcare professionals should identify high-risk individuals for weight regain,provide informational and social support,and help patients correct misconceptions and unhealthy behaviors to effectively prevent and manage weight regain.
