摘　　要：目的探讨基于ABC-X模型的护理干预在接受自体非培养表皮移植再生技术(Recell技术)的白癜风患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取郑州大学第一附属医院皮肤科2022年2月—2024年2月收治的接受ReCell技术治疗的白癜风患者84例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于ABC-X模型的护理干预。对比两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)得分。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,观察组TCSQ中积极应对得分高于对照组,消极应对得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的DLQI总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在接受ReCell技术治疗的白癜风患者中应用基于ABC-X模型的护理干预,能改善患者心理水平,提高其积极应对水平,改善生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the ABC-X model-based nursing in patients with vitiligo undergoing autologous cell-spray grafting of non-cultured epidermal cells(Recell technique).Methods A total of 84 vitiligo patients treated with ReCell technique admitted to the Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected for the study using the convenience sampling method.The patients were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to randomized numerical table method.Control group received conventional nursing,and observation group was treated with ABC-X model-based nursing on the basis of control group.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the positive coping score in TCSQ of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the total DLQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing based on ABC-X model in vitiligo patients treated with ReCell technique can improve patients'psychological conditions,promote positive coping,and enhance the quality of life,which is worthy of popularization and application.
