摘  要:菟丝子黄酮类化合物在卵泡发育、排卵、精卵结合、胚胎着床等环节均可发挥重要作用。菟丝子黄酮类化合物可以通过调节激素水平、降低卵母细胞氧化应激水平从而改善卵巢功能和卵泡质量,促进卵子排出;可以通过改善生殖解剖环境为精卵结合和胚胎着床创造有利条件;可以通过改善微生物菌群从而维持内环境稳态,改善免疫和代谢紊乱;可以通过调控下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴功能、促进海马神经干细胞增殖和沉默信息调节因子表达从而改善不孕女性焦虑抑郁情绪。本文对以上机制进行总结分析,以期为研究菟丝子黄酮类化合物治疗不孕症的药理机制提供新的思路及方向。The flavonoids of Cuscutae Semen play an important role in follicular development,ovulation,sperm-egg binding,embryo implantation and other links.Flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis can improve ovarian function and follicular quality by regulating hormone levels and reducing oxidative stress levels in oocytes,and promote oocyte excretion,flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis can create favorable conditions for sperm-egg binding and embryo implantation by improving the reproductive anatomical environment.Flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis can maintain homeostasis and improve immune and metabolic disorders by improving microbial flora,flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis can regulate the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis,promote the proliferation of hippocampal neural stem cells and silence the expression of information regulators to combat anxiety and depression in infertile women.In this paper,the above mechanisms are summarized and analyzed in order to provide new ideas and directions for studying the pharmacological mechanism of flavonoids in Cuscutae Semen in the treatment of infertility.
