基于修正土体移动模型的地铁设计阶段微扰动影响预测方法研究

摘  要:为解决地铁设计阶段微扰动对周围地表沉降及建(构)筑物变形影响预测及控制的难题,文章首先厘清地铁盾构掘进过程中的微扰动影响控制指标;然后,聚焦微扰动传递过程中的土体损失作用,引入影响范围参数α及经验系数k对魏纲统一土体移动模型进行修正,量化建(构)筑物与盾构隧道的距离对其沉降变形的影响;最后,选取广州地铁13号线白天区间及滨中区间的实际工程数据进行分析,根据白天区间的监测数据建立k与α的拟合函数,并将其应用于滨中区间以评价修正方法的预测精度。研究结果表明,修正方法在预测微扰动引起的建(构)筑物变形方面具有显著优势,其预测值与实测值的最大偏差为2.40 mm,显著低于魏纲统一土体移动模型预测值与实测值的最大偏差10.45 mm,且修正方法的均方根误差为1.4332,远低于魏纲统一土体移动模型的4.8622。希望能够为精确预测微扰动影响、优化地铁工程设计提供参考和借鉴。This article firstly clarifies the control indexes of the influence of micro perturbation in the process of metro shield tunneling;then,it focuses on the role of soil loss in the process of micro perturbation transfer,introduces the parameterαof the influence range and the empirical coefficient k to correct the Wei Gang unified soil movement model,and quantifies the influence of distance between the building(structure)and the tunnel.Finally,the actual engineering data of Guangzhou metro line 13 Baitian section and Binzhong section are selected and analyzed,and the fitting function of k andαis established based on the monitoring data of the Baitian section,which is applied to the Binzhong section to evaluate the prediction accuracy of the modified method.The results show that the modified method has a significant advantage in the prediction of building(structure)deformation caused by micro perturbation,and the maximum deviation of its prediction value from the measured value is 2.40 mm,which is significantly lower than that of the maximum deviation of the prediction value from the measured value of Wei Gang unified soil movement model,which is 10.45 mm,and the rootmean-square error of the modified method is 1.4332,which is much lower than that of the Wei Gang formula,which is 4.8622.
