摘 要:为明确泡沫水泥浆在水环境中的应用前景,文章研究水灰比和氧化镁掺量对泡沫水泥浆吸水率、抗压强度及软化系数的影响。结果表明:①随着水灰比和氧化镁掺量的增加,泡沫水泥浆的吸水率逐渐增大,当水灰比为1:2.1和氧化镁掺量为10%时,泡沫水泥浆的吸水率在72 h时分别达到32.12%和28.52%;②随着水灰比的减小,水泥颗粒间的摩擦力增大,浆液形态发生改变,水下养护和标准养护条件下泡沫水泥浆的抗压强度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势;③随着氧化镁掺量的增加,水下养护和标准养护条件下泡沫水泥浆的抗压强度逐渐提高,当氧化镁掺量为10%时,水下养护和标准养护条件下泡沫水泥浆的抗压强度较氧化镁掺量为0时分别提高20.24%和10.82%;④随着水灰比的减小和氧化镁掺量的增加,泡沫水泥浆的软化系数逐渐上升。相关研究结论可为泡沫水泥浆在水下环境中的实际应用提供参考。To clarify the application prospects of foamed cement in aqueous environments,this article investigated the effects of water-cement ratio and magnesium oxide content on the absorption rate,compressive strength and softening coefficient of foamed cement.The results show that:①As both the water-cement ratio and magnesium oxide content increases,the absorption rate of the foamed cement gradually increases.When the water-cement ratio is 1:2.1 and the magnesium oxide content is 10%,the absorption rate of the foamed cement at 72 hours reached 32.12%and 28.52%,respectively;②With the decrease in water-cement ratio,the friction between cement particles increased,leading to changes in the morphology of the slurry.Under both underwater curing and standard curing conditions,the compressive strength of the foamed cement initially increased and then decreased;③As the magnesium oxide content increased,the compressive strength of the foamed cement under both underwater curing and standard curing conditions gradually improved.At a magnesium oxide content of 10%,the compressive strengths of the foamed cement under underwater and standard curing conditions increased by 20.24%and 10.82%,respectively;④A reduction in the water-cement ratio and an increase in magnesium oxide content led to a gradual rise in the softening coefficient of the foamed cement.The conclusions of the research could provide reference for the practical application of foamed cement in underwater environmen.
