深埋高水头盾构管片密封垫防水性能分析

摘  要:城际铁路受地形条件制约,盾构隧道工程常处于深埋高水头环境中。盾构管片密封垫的防水效果是影响工程质量的重要因素,文章依托深大城际铁路大运站—坪山站区间工程,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件研究盾构管片密封垫的构型、接缝张开量及错台量对接头防水的影响,并开展室内浸水试验测试密封垫的防水性能。研究结果表明:密封垫数值模拟结果与室内试验规律基本一致,密封垫防水性能受到材料组成、接缝张开量、错台量等因素的综合影响,受材料组成的影响最为显著,复合式密封垫防水效果较单一材料密封垫好;随着接缝张开量、错台量的增大,密封垫的防水效果急剧下降,密封垫错台10 mm、张开6 mm为控制工况,张开量、错台量超过控制工况则不满足防水要求。Intercity railway is constrained by terrain conditions,and shield tunneling projects often encounter environments with the characteristic of deep buried high water head.The waterproof effect of shield tunnel segment sealing gasket is an important factor affecting the quality of engineering.The article is based on the Dayun station to Pingshan station section of Shenzhen international airport-Dayawan intercity railway.It employs the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to study the impact of the configuration of shield tunnel segment gaskets,joint opening,and misalignment on waterproof effect of the joints.Additionally,it conducts indoor water immersion tests to evaluate the waterproof performance of the gaskets.The research results show that the numerical simulation results of the sealing gasket are basically consistent with the indoor test principles.The waterproof performance of the sealing gasket is comprehensively affected by factors such as material composition,joint opening and misalignment.The influence of material composition is the most significant,and the waterproof effect of composite sealing gasket is better than that of single material sealing gasket;As the amount of seam opening and misalignment increases,the waterproof effect of the sealing gasket decreases sharply.The control condition shall be 10mm for sealing gasket misalignment and 6mm for opening.If the misalignment exceeds the control condition,it does not meet the waterproof requirements.
