摘 要:高速磁浮道岔是高速磁浮列车实现快速换线的基础设施,同时是该领域的技术难点所在。道岔由多个支点支承的连续钢梁构成,通过下部横梁的电机驱动和齿轮传动,实现钢梁的整体弹性侧弯。为实时监测道岔的转辙线型,采用光纤光栅传感阵列位移测量技术,在道岔上连续布设光纤光栅阵列传感器,以此整体感知侧弯型道岔转辙线形。根据道岔梁最终弯曲线形的曲率、监测区段权重系数、传感器监测衰减系数以及监测阈值,优化光纤光栅传感网络节点的布设。为应对复杂工况下的环境干扰,设计一种管式光纤光栅保护装置,对光纤光栅阵列进行封装,极大提升传感器的使用寿命和可靠性。此外,提出基于三光纤光栅传感阵列的重构方法,解决光纤光栅测量中的温度补偿问题,运用多传感器数据融合方法,消除模型重构过程中的累计误差和数据跳变误差。High-speed maglev switches are the foundation for high-speed maglev trains to quickly change tracks and also represent a technical challenge in high-speed maglev transportation.High-speed maglev switches consist of a continuous steel beam supported by multiple pivot points.The overall elastic lateral bending structure of the steel beam is achieved through motor drives and gear transmissions on crossbeams connected to the lower part of the continuous steel beam.In order to realize linear real-time monitoring of high-speed maglev switches,the fiber Bragg Grating sensor array displacement measurement technology is adopted to continuously deploy fiber Bragg Grating sensor array on high-speed maglev switches,and the switch line of side bending high-speed maglev switches is sensed as a whole.According to the curvature of final bending line of the switch beam,weight coefficient of monitoring section,attenuation coefficient of sensor monitoring and monitoring threshold,the fiber Bragg Grating sensing network node layout is optimized.A tubular fiber Bragg Grating protection device is designed to encapsulate the fiber Bragg Grating array,which greatly enhances the service life and reliability of the sensor.A reconstruction method based on three fiber Bragg Grating sensor array is proposed to solve the temperature compensation issue of fiber Bragg Grating measurement.The multi-sensor data fusion method is used to eliminate the cumulative error of model reconstruction and data jump error.
