中低速磁浮道岔在不同支撑工况下车岔耦合振动分析

摘  要:为研究中低速磁浮列车通过接驳点道岔时车辆参数和道岔主动梁在两台车支撑和三台车支撑时对车岔的振动影响,选用长沙磁浮快线既有车辆以不同速度通过接驳点道岔进行振动测试,并利用DH5902N多通道数据采集系统采集道岔主动梁上测点的横向加速度和垂向加速度信号。通过将采集的数据经FFT变换分析车岔系统频域振动响应。研究结果表明:在两台车支撑工况下,车辆低速通过时道岔主动梁因支撑刚度不足诱发扭转振动模态,局部出现“砸轨”现场,而随着车辆过岔速度的提高,扭转振动模态逐渐减弱。相较于两台车支撑,三台车支撑工况下车辆各项振动参数均得到显著优化。该研究结果可为磁浮线路特殊工况道岔的动力学设计优化提供实测依据。To study the vehicle parameters and the vibration effect of the active beam of the turnout on the vehicle and the turnout when the medium and low speed maglev train passes through the turnout at the junction point and when the turnout is supported by two and three bogies,the existing vehicles of Changsha maglev express line are selected to pass through the turnout at the junction point at different speeds for vibration testing,and the lateral acceleration and vertical acceleration signals at the measuring points on the active beam of the turnout are collected using the DH5902N multi-channel data acquisition system.The collected data are transformed by FFT to analyze the frequency-domain vibration response of the vehicle-turnout system.The results show that:under the two-bogie support condition,the torsional vibration modal is induced in the active beam of the turnout when the vehicle passes through the turnout at a low speed due to insufficient support stiffness,and the scene of“rail breaking”occurs locally,and the torsional vibration modal gradually decreases with the increase of the speed of the vehicle passing through the turnout.Compared with the two-bogie support,the various vibration parameters of the vehicle under the three-bogie support condition are significantly optimized.The results of this study can provide a real measurement basis for the optimization of the dynamic design of the special working condition turnout on maglev lines.
