摘　　要：随着中泰高速铁路项目的推进,泰国迫切需要具备专业技能的高速铁路技术人员保障铁路运营的安全。为此,文章首先在分析泰国铁路现状及铁路基础设施检测能力的基础上,总结泰国在铁路基础设施检测技术方面存在的不足及相关培训需求。然后,从培训全过程要素入手,确定培训目标、培训内容、培训模式及效果评估相互衔接的闭环培训思路,并明确培训目标。最后,从培训内容、培训模式和培训效果评估3方面出发,设计中泰铁路基础设施动态检测技术培训方案,包括:基于成人教育理论,设置理论知识、实操技能和综合素养3方面的培训内容;融合网络教学的灵活性与线下实操的互动性,提出基于PCOE模型的多元化培训模式,以适应不同类型的培训内容;建立基于柯克帕特里克四级评估模型的培训效果评估方法,以评价培训是否达到预期目标。希望为提升泰方铁路技术人员的专业水平、推进国际铁路技术培训体系的建设与发展提供参考和借鉴。With the advancement of the China-Thailand high-speed railway,Thailand urgently requires skilled high-speed rail technicians to ensure safe railway operation.To this end,this article analyzes the current situation of Thailand’s railway and its infrastructure inspection capacity in the first place,summarizing the deficiencies of Thailand in railway infrastructure inspection technology and corresponding training needs.Subsequently,starting from the essential elements of the whole training process,a closed-loop training approach is designed,ensuring the integration of training objectives,training content,training methods,and evaluation methods,with clearly defined training goals.Finally,a training program for dynamic inspection technology of China-Thailand railway infrastructure is designed from three perspectives:training content,training models and training evaluation.Specifically,based on adult education theories,the training content is structured around theoretical knowledge,practical skills and comprehensive competencies;leveraging the flexibility of online learning and interactivity of offline training,a diversified training model based on the PCOE framework is proposed to accommodate different types of training content;a training effectiveness evaluation method is established using the Kirkpatrick fourlevel evaluation model to assess whether the training achieves the expected outcomes.This study aims to provide a systematic solution to enhance the professional competencies of railway technicians of Thailand and offer reference and inspiration for promoting the establishment and development of international railway technology training system.
