摘 要:为阐明4种植物免疫诱抗剂对大樱桃生长发育及抗旱性的影响,以1a生‘胜利’大樱桃为试验材料,在3种干旱胁迫条件下,分别喷施5%氨基寡糖素(T1)、9.69 mmol·L^(-1)β-氨基丁酸(T2)、0.3 mmol·L^(-1)茉莉酸甲酯(T3)以及3mmol·L^(-1)的乙酰水杨酸(T4),以喷施清水为对照(CK),通过测定大樱桃生长量、基本光合参数、SPAD值含量、SOD、POD、CAT酶活性、游离脯氨酸及丙二醛含量,研究4种植物免疫诱抗剂对大樱桃生长发育及抗旱性的影响。结果显示,在轻度干旱条件下,T2处理后大樱桃的新梢长度、新梢粗度及叶面积较CK分别提高13.27%,20%和16.70%,Pn、Ci和SPAD值分别提高40.59%、7.34%和23.87%,SOD酶活性提高11.34%,CAT活性降低43.31%;在中度干旱条件下,T2处理后新梢长度较CK提高27.04%,Pn、Ci和SPAD值分别提高40.62%、7.34%和23.87%,SOD酶活性提高36.40%,游离脯氨酸含量提高26.91%;在重度干旱条件下T1对大樱桃生长发育及抗旱性的提升效果最显著(P<0.05),新梢长度和叶面积较CK分别提高5.40%、42.03%,Pn、SPAD分别提高10.64%、28.21%,游离脯氨酸含量提高17.17%,丙二醛含量降低31.21%。综上,在轻度和中度干旱条件下,T2对‘胜利’樱桃的生长发育和抗旱性影响最显著(P<0.05),在重度干旱条件下T1对‘胜利’樱桃的生长发育和抗旱性影响最显著(P<0.05),其次为T4、T2和T3。To investigate the effects of four plant immunoresists on the growth and development,and drought resistance of large cherries,a one-year-old Prunus avium‘Victory’large variety was used as the experimental material.Under three different drought stress conditions,5%amino-oligosaccharide(T1),9.69 mmol·L^(-1)β-aminobutyric acid(T2),0.3 mmol·L^(-1) methyl jasmonate(T3)and 3 mmol·L^(-1) acetylsalicylic acid(T4)were sprayed,with water as the control treatment(CK).The effects of these four plant immune inducers on cherry growth,basic photosynthetic parameters,and drought resistance were examined through the measurement of growth parameters,SPAD values,enzyme activities of SOD,POD,and CAT,as well as the contents of free proline and malondialdehyde(MDA).The results showed that under mild drought conditions,the length,thickness and leaf area of new shoots of large cherries increased by 13.27%,20%and 16.70%,respectively.Photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),and SPAD values increased by 40.59%,7.34%and 23.87%,respectively.The SOD enzyme activity increased by 11.34%,while the CAT activity decreased by 43.31%.Under moderate drought conditions,the length of new shoots increased by 27.04%,the values of Pn,Ci and SPAD increased by 40.62%,7.34%and 23.87%,the activity of SOD enzyme increased by 36.40%,and the content of free proline increased by 26.91%after T2 treatment.Under severe drought conditions,T1 had the most significant effect on the growth and development and drought tolerance of large cherries(P<0.05),the length and leaf area of new shoots increased by 5.40%and 42.03%compared with CK,Pn and SPAD increased by 10.64%and 28.21%,the content of free proline increased by 17.17%,and the content of malondialdehyde decreased by 31.21%.In summary,T2 exhibited the most significant effect on the growth and drought tolerance of‘Victory’cherries under mild and moderate drought conditions(P<0.05),while T1 had the most significant effect on the growth and drought tolerance of‘Victory’cherry under sev
