摘 要:由于小麦条锈病防治长期过分依赖三唑类杀菌剂,存在病原菌产生抗药性的潜在风险。对12种上市药剂开展防治小麦条锈病的田间防效试验、室内苗期保护和治疗作用试验。结果表明,线粒体呼吸抑制剂-啶氧菌脂、吡唑醚菌酯和新型琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂(SDHI)-氟苯醚酰胺对小麦条锈病的药效高于常用的三唑类药剂,可作为三唑类药剂的替代药剂。The prolonged reliance on triazole fungicides for controlling wheat stripe rust has posed a significant risk of developing pathogen resistance.This study conducted field control efficacy trials and indoor seedling-stage protection and therapeutic effect tests using 12 commercial fungicides.In this study,the field control effect test,indoor seedling protection and therapeutic effect test of 12 commercial fungicides against wheat stripe rust were conducted.The results showed that mitochondrial respiratory inhibitors,such as pyroximate,pyraclostrobin,as well as the novel succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor(SDHI)fluorophenyl ether amide,exhibited higher efficacy against wheat stripe rust compared to conventional triazole fungicides.These fungicides are potential alternatives to triazole-based treatments,providing a valuable strategic reserve for the sustainable management of wheat stripe rust.
