摘 要:为明确青藏高原地区黄矮病的发生动态、株系分布及主要流行株系,于2019年5月-2023年7月采集232份田间疑似病样,利用RT-PCR进行株系鉴定。结果表明:青藏高原地区共检测5种病毒株系,其中GAV株系检出率最高,检测样品中存在复合侵染的现象,其中以GAV株系与MAV株系复合侵染频率最高。这表明青藏高原地区大麦黄矮病毒流行株系为BYDV-GAV株系,该研究结果可为青藏高原大麦黄矮病防控提供科学依据。In order to elucidate the dynamics of yellow dwarf disease occurrence,strain distribution,and prevalent strains in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,232 field samples suspected of disease were collected from May 2019 to July 2023,and strain identification was conducted using RT-PCR.The results showed that a total of 5 virus strains were detected in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,with the GAV strain had the highest detection rate.Co-infection was observed among the samples,with the highest frequency of co-infection involving the GAV and MAV strains.This indicated that the epidemic strain of barley yellow dwarf virus in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was BYDV-GAV strain.The results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of barley yellow dwarf disease in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
