摘  要:以河北、山西、山东、陕西、河南、吉林等省份安心韭菜水培系统的调查数据为依据,选取技术经济效果衡量指标、技术经济效果分析指标和技术经济效果目的指标,对水培韭菜进行技术经济评价与对比分析,并测算了经济利润临界值。结果表明:水培韭菜经济效益和生产效率大幅提升,土地生产率是露地栽培、中小拱棚栽培和大棚栽培的11.11、8.89倍和5.33倍,水培韭菜的劳动生产率是露地栽培、中小拱棚栽培和大棚栽培的4.22、3.73倍和2.35倍;对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊(韭蛆)的防治效果达到最优,防治效率提升至100%,大大提高了韭菜产品质量安全。基于研究结论,从加强技术培训和宣传、加快轻简化装备研发、强化水培韭菜环境管理和加大政府扶持力度提出系统性发展建议。Based on the investigation data of hydroponic Chinese chives in Hebei,Shanxi,Shandong,Shaanxi,Henan and Jilin provinces,this paper evaulted the technical and economic effects of hydroponic Chinese chives by selecting the indexes of technical and economic measurement,the technical and economic effect analysis,and the technical and economic effect target.Then this paper calculated the critical value of economic profit.The results showed that the economic benefit and production efficiency of hydroponic chive were greatly increased.Land productivity reached 11.11 times,8.89 times,and 5.33 times that of open-field cultivation,small-arch shelter cultivation,and greenhouse cultivation respectively,while labor productivity showed 4.22-fold,3.73-fold,and 2.35-fold improvements over these traditional methods.The control effect of Bradysia odoriphaga was the best,which achieved 100%effectiveness.The quality and safety of chive products were greatly improved.Based on the research conclusion,this paper proposed systematic development suggestions from strengthening technical training and propaganda,accelerating the research and development of light and simplified equipment,strengthening the environmental management of hydroponic chives,and increasing government support.
