摘  要:植物MYB转录因子存在广泛,成员众多,在植物生长发育、次生代谢、抗病抗逆等过程中发挥重要作用。本试验对韭菜MYB12基因编码的蛋白进行生物信息学分析,探究其在不同胁迫处理下的基因表达,并研究转化MYB12基因的酵母在应对不同胁迫时的抗性功能。结果表明,韭菜MYB12基因编码298个氨基酸,分子质量为33.4 kDa,且为亲水蛋白,其三级结构包含6个α螺旋并形成HLH结构,属于典型的R2R3型MYB。基因表达分析显示AtuMYB12在干旱胁迫和盐胁迫下极显著上调,且转AtuMYB12基因的酵母对盐胁迫表现出更好的耐受性。The MYB transcription factors in plants are widely distributed and highly diversified in plants,playing crucial roles in processes such as plant growth and development,secondary metabolism,disease resistance and stress responses.In this study,we performed bioinformatics analysis of the protein encoded by the Allium tuberosum MYB12 gene,investigated its gene expression patterns under various stress treatment,and explored the resistance of yeast transformed with the MYB12 gene under different stress conditions.The results demonstrated Allium tuberosum MYB12 gene encodes a 298-amino acid protein with a molecular weight of 33.4 kDa,and it is a hydrophilic protein.Its tertiary structure contains six alpha-helices forming a helix-loop-helix(HLH)configuration,confirming it as a typical R2R3-type MYB transcription factor.Gene expression analysis revealed significant upregulation of AtuMYB12 gene under drought and salt stress conditions.Furthermore,the yeast transformed with the AtuMYB12 gene exhibited better tolerance to high salt stress.
