摘 要:番茄潜叶蛾(Tuta absoluta)是对番茄生产构成巨大威胁的世界性入侵害虫,为明确该虫在北京地区番茄基地的种群动态,筛选番茄潜叶蛾高效性诱剂配方,利用性诱监测法对北京平谷区、昌平区和怀柔区等3个区的番茄潜叶蛾种群动态进行监测,并在田间评价了两种性信息素组分不同配比及单一主成分不同剂量对番茄潜叶蛾的诱集效果。种群动态监测结果显示:3个区的监测点均有番茄潜叶蛾发生,且种群动态基本一致,从番茄定植至5月上中旬成虫发生量均较少,进入5月下旬至番茄拉秧,成虫发生量显著增加并处于高位状态。性诱剂配方筛选结果显示:两种性信息素组分不同配比试验中,(3E,8Z,11Z)-十四碳三烯-1-乙酸酯(TDTA)∶(3E,8Z)-十四碳二烯-l-乙酸酯(TDDA)=85∶15、90∶10、95∶5、100∶0这4种配比均对番茄潜叶蛾雄成虫有很好的诱集效果,单月每诱捕器平均诱虫量均在400头以上;单一主成分不同剂量试验中,TDTA为1.8 mg·诱芯^(-1)的诱虫量最大,略高于TDTA为0.2 mg·诱芯^(-1)和0.6 mg·诱芯^(-1)的诱虫量,除第3周3号棚1.8 mg·诱芯^(-1)诱虫量显著高于0.6 mg·诱芯-1外,其余三者间无显著性差异。该研究结果为北京地区番茄潜叶蛾监测预警及性诱剂研发提供参考。Tuta absoluta,a globally invasive pest,severely impacts tomato production.To clarify the population dynamics of this pest in tomato fields in Beijing and to screen effective sex attractants formulations for managing T.absoluta,we monitored the population dynamics of T.absoluta across three areas in Beijing:Pinggu,Changping,and Huairou by using the sex lure monitoring method.Additionally,the trapping effects of different ratios of two sex pheromone components and different doses of single principal component on T.absoluta were also evaluated in the field.The results of population dynamics monitoring indicated that T.absoluta was present at all monitoring sites across the three areas,with consistent patterns.From the initial stages of tomato planting until early to mid May,the number of adult moths was relatively low.However,from late May until the pulling of tomato seedlings,the number of adult moths sharply increased and remained consistently high.The results of the sex attractants screening indicated that varying ratios of two sex pheromone components,(3E,8Z,11Z)-tetradecyltrimene-1-acetate(TDTA)and(3E,8Z)-tetradecdiene-1-acetate(TDDA)(85∶15,90∶10,95∶5,and 100∶0),all effectively trapped male adult moths of T.absoluta,with an average monthly trap count exceeding 400.In addition,1.8 mg of TDTA per lure attracted the largest number of adult moths,and it slightly higher than the numbers of 0.2 mg and 0.6 mg per lure.Except for greenhouse No.3,where the number of male adult moths captured by t he 1.8 mg of TDTA per lure was significantly highly than tha t of the 0.6 mg of TDTA per lure,no statistically significant difference was observed.These findings offer valuable insights for monitoring and early warning systems against T.absoluta in Beijing,as well as for the development of sex attractants.
