摘　　要：银屑病是一种慢性进展性皮肤病,给患者身心带来极大负担。其发病机制是研究热点,涉及多种细胞与信号通路的影响。T淋巴细胞异常激活是银屑病发病的关键,组织驻留记忆T细胞(TRM)尤其是皮肤TRM在其中起重要作用。TRM有不同的起源模型,在皮肤中分为CD4^(+)TRM和CD8^(+)TRM两类,分别在局部保护和免疫协同中发挥作用,其激活依赖抗原识别、共刺激信号通路及组织微环境影响。在银屑病发病中,皮肤TRM可通过释放免疫因子、细胞间相互作用、干扰组织重塑与修复等机制,诱发银屑病红斑鳞屑、脓疱和表皮增生等典型病理表现。本文简要梳理皮肤TRM在银屑病中的作用机制,以期为银屑病相关机制研究及干预措施提供参考和提示。Psoriasis is a chronic progressive dermatosis that imposes a tremendous burden on patients both physically and mentally.Its pathogenesis has become a research hotspot,involving the influence of multiple cell types and signaling pathways.Abnormal activation of T lymphocytes is the key to the onset of psoriasis,tissue-resident memory T cells(TRM),especially skin TRM,play an important role in it.TRM has different origin models,is divided into the two categories in the skin:CD4^(+)TRM and CD8^(+)TRM,which play roles in local protection and immune synergy,respectively,their activation depends on antigen recognition,co-stimulatory signaling pathways,and tissue microenvironment influence.In the pathogenesis of psoriasis,skin TRM can induce typical pathological manifestations such as psoriasis erythema,scales,pustules,and epidermal hyperplasia through mechanisms such as the release of immune factors,intercellular interactions,and interference with tissue remodeling and repair.This article briefly reviews action mechanism of skin TRM in psoriasis,with the aim of providing references and suggestions for psoriasis-related mechanism research and intervention measures.
