摘　　要：自然杀伤(NK)细胞是固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,在调节免疫反应和维持免疫平衡中发挥重要作用,参与多种炎症疾病的过程。NK细胞表型和功能变化、细胞数量及其细胞毒性活性与疾病的发生、发展、严重程度密切相关,其作用机制可能为炎症疾病的诊断及治疗提供新思路。本文对NK细胞在支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肥胖症、特应性皮炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、类风湿性关节炎等非感染性炎症疾病中的作用机制研究进行综述。Natural killer(NK)cells are an important component of the innate immune system,playing a crucial role in regulating immune responses and maintaining immune balance,and participating in the processes of various inflammatory diseases.The phenotype and functional changes,cell quantity,and cytotoxic activity of NK cells are closely related to the occurrence,development,and severity of diseases,their action mechanism may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory diseases.This article reviews action mechanism of NK cells in non-infectious inflammatory diseases such as bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,obesity,atopic dermatitis,systemic lupus erythematosus,Sj?觟gren syndrome,rheumatoid arthritis,etc.
